No csv statement No warinng No option but to sign up for Instant Accounting which does not work!

I need my statements in csv format. For over 10 years I have received my statement in a csv format. Now they have discontinued it with no warning, When you call the call center, they insist that you sign up for Instant Accounting to be able to download your statement as a csv. So what they have done here, is taken the csv feature away from your online profile and placed it in one of their new products (Instant Accounting) that you are forced to sign up for, to get the feature they have removed. Once you sign up for Instant Accounting you will notice that the page is broken. The header is chopped off, text on the page is misaligned, padding is totally off, date format is American, screen zoom is out, built in asp (which is a programming language that died 10 years ago), the filter does not work and the filter they are using looks something from the 90's. Poor workmanship here chaps. You need to up your programming and business model standards.
