No credit offers
Dear FNB
I've been banking with you for 6 months already. I have the Aspire account with you. I have not received any credit from you, no credit card offers, no overdraft, I earn a good salary. Other outside banks have been making offers to me . I recently accepted a Black credit card from African Bank. Please tell me why I am being treated with such unfairness? I left my bank to join you only to feel discriminated some how. It feels that.
I am considering switching banks. I wanted a long fruitful relationship with you but it's not happening. Infact your internal data base has old information regarding my credit history. Some of the credit history you are picking up on your system happened in my youth, and some I don't even recognise.
Why won't you update your clients history? Client information?
What is hindering me from getting an overdraft with you? Please tell me. I can't understand how other banks are making these offers to me and you won't?

How on earth are you now creating a debt with you on my name?
I'm changing my bank. I have no unpaid debts owed to you but I just realised that you would create one. This is the exact reason I am saying **************.
Who would not feel **************? Instead of helping me with my initial query you throw a created debt into my face.
You don't appreciate good clients receiving their salaries with you. Thanks I'll switch to Absa.
