No credit insurance for self employed
I tried to claim on my Credit Insurance on my loan with them. An operator assured me I have that coverage, but because I am self employed I do not qualify. What nonsense, they take my money for the policy every month.. Do they think my business did not have to close.

27 May 2020, 19:43After going in circles for weeks, and FNB always trying to get me to take another loan in the form of debt relief, I give up. Their last SMS read: Dear L Meise FNB Life Insurance regrets to inform you that you do not qualify for retrenchment benefit. Kindly apply for debt relief through your FNB app.
I did not say I was retrench Ed, I lost my income for two months.
