NO COVID HELP

Im really dissapointed that after approching me for a COVID 19 business loan, and going through all the trouble with all the documents, I have been declined. You are really doing NOTHING to help us get through this. It is as if you want us to fail.... well, it is what it is then. Looks like it wont be business as usual with FNB anymore as we will have to go elsewhere. Please change your slogan...... it is a far cry from "How can we help you?"
