No control over our money

So according to FNB client do not have control over their money.

Last month i was able to reverse a debit order that i have been trying to make contact with that creditor with no joy .....regardless of that i have a say as to who goes into my account and who doesn't now FNB is practically saying no those people will take your money whether you like it or not .....i am disgusted by this because how does COVID 19 affect my money. What is stopping FNB from using the remote service they giving to help people with their queries such as debit order reversal .....mind you on the APP you can only do self service debit reversal on an amount less than R200 which does not make sense
