No Control Over My Own Bank Account

It's all good and well until you need them to assist you with your account. Some *****ster got into my phone contract account which was then debited from my bank account. In order for me to block the debit orders of said service provider, they will charge me R85 for every reference I need to block. Meaning I don't have control over my own bank account and that anyone can just do as they please with no consequences.
