No contact with Premier Banker

I am trying to contact Premier Banking consultant from the Netherlands to make a transfer from my FNB Premier Account to my Netherlands bank account. I am not getting any joy in reaching people to help me. The chatbot is useless. Please can someone from Premier Banking please contact me via email (***) to provide me with information as to how I can transfer larges sums of money to Netherlands safely and easily. Please note that my SA mobile number is not fully operational so email is preferred method of contact.
