No contact to call or help at the branch

FNB put hold on my account after i transferred my salary into the account. Logged query, they escalated it in order for someone to contact me, 8 days later and no one contacted me, there is no direct line i can contact and no one at the branch that can assist me. FNB is the worst as no one can assist at the branch with any matter.
