NO CONTACT MADE AFTER NUMEROUS REQUESTS AND ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT FNB

I have rep**** on my previous complaint, requesting to be contacted, as I keep on phoning, yet I am either disconnected / the people do not know how to answer me.

I wish to settle my revolving loan in full IF I get discount, seeing that I am paying the bank and the rest of SA are getting relief.
