No Contact Details or assistance

<p>I have tried now for several times to contact FNB regarding the cancellation of my late father's bond. there are no contact details for the person and by phoning the call centre, no-one knows the person. Even by supplying them with bond details they can not help me for they do not have any reccord of this bond, but claim an outstanding amount for a home that was fully paid up. Home loans department referes you to estates while estates refer you back to home loans and no-one can help. In the meantime i dont know what to do for there is no assistance from FNB or contact details for the person dealing with the bond.</p>
