No contact

My husband went into the branch this morning, the consultant advised him he needs to contact the home loan department telephonically. He called them while he was still at the branch he spoke to a home loan consultant and told him he needs to speak to the Sales manager. He left a message on voice mail. Nobody has called him back. In December also he emailed and contacted them and nobody calls back. He has been a client of FNB for 20 years and this is highly and utterly disappointing
