NO consumer fulfillment with FNB!
I keep on emailing FNB to correct their mistake on my address reflected on my statements, but Nthabiseng Dube )Private Core Banking "PCB", Retail & Consumer Fulfilment) keeps ignoring my emails. I also requested proof of family banking. I have tried their secure chat app numerous times, but they simply don't respond.
