No consent to distribute my personal information to LWM Debt recoveries

Good day

I would like to ask for help in advising me, how my information was submitted and given without my permission to LWM Debt recoveries? I submitted my details years ago to FNB when I had a personal loan, and I received an email stating my FNB account number as the reference that I owe R9079.10 and they informing and basically threatening me of legal action via email.

Who did I make the loan with and what is my Popi Rights regarding my information. Who submitted my personal information to this company. What is my rights as South African citizen?

It stated: On behalf of our client FNB PPCB and I need to understand this and ask someone to explain this to me.
