No confirmation on app - cannot conclude transaction

I tried selling shares online, but apart from receiving a sell price that is more than 10% lower than the market price, I also needed to get an approval message on the phone banking app which never appears. So I cannot sell at an outrageously low price, which is may a good thing. But what to do now?
