No confidence in FNB!!!!

I have little to no confidence in FNB anymore and utterly frustrated in their services and customer support!!! A few months ago I have app**** for a Debt Protection plan and it was approved & the debit/payment for this protection plan is debited from my account every month. I am currently unemployed & even though I am currently covered under this Debt Protection Plan, I have been handed over to the FNB Debt Collection Department, they are harassing me for payments on my credit card, revolving account as well as overdraft facility! I do know that I do have obligations regarding these accounts, BUT I am covered on the Debt Protection Plan?! I have explained to these people on numerous occasions that I'm covered under this protection plan! No one from the customer support department has taken the initiative to further investigate my matter and I have received no response from them, since then my debits on my credit facilities has been accumulating and I’m I am now liable for the added bank charges on these accounts as well! This is so frustrating and have no one to turn to and because I have this protection plan in place and this I am supposed to be cover for these expenses for a period up to 12 months… I will gladly supply you with my statements and proof of all the debits.
