No Communication regarding my application of Funds available on my housebond
I forward my documents with all my supporting documents to fnb to access my funds available on my FNB homeloan. They sent me a sms to inform me it is been captured reference nr ***. As on Thursday It was not yet reflect in my bank account when then they inform me that my wife as Co applicant must phone and confirm her details as she has done yesterday. I forward an email to ask when I will receive the money available in my bank account but do receive any feedback.

15 Feb 2023, 17:10A consultant phone and told me my problem will be handle and forward to the office that must do the payout,but the office that must do the payout did not even bother to phone me back. It is really poor service
