No communication or feedback after query was logged for over 2 weeks!
Again, I have to complain about the lack of service and communication from FNB!
On 11 March 2021 I logged a request from my business online banking profile. I received a reference number via email (***Q) and that it has been sent to the Customer Resolution Centre. The mail was received in my Inbox at 09h36.
At 10h41 I received another automated email indicating that my query has "been assigned to a Resolution Service consultant in Customer Resolution Centre".
Today is the 25th of March, it is 15h07 and to date I have not heard from anybody from FNB.
What must I do to get feedback? Just a simple "Hello!" from a REAL person would be progress.

29 Mar 2021, 13:24We are now nearing the 48 hour mark (not counting the weekend, obviously) and nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue. In fact, I have only received emails to inform me that my call has been re-assigned to PAYPAL services!!! This was NOT why I logged a query in the first place. I do not want to talk to someone about my PayPal account because I have already sorted that connection out LOOOOONG ago! By myself!
I need to speak to someone about Tax registration for international payments - someone who can help me to fill out my application CORRECTLY, and as far as I know FNB has business support for this sort of thing. If not, then at least let me know that you don't do that kind of support or give guidance to anything related to that, instead of reassigning and reassigning and reassigning my query with reference number upon reference number, and NO ACTUALY RELEVANT FEEDBACK!
