No communication or acknowledgement for customers

The non-res department is a joke. I've sent all documents three time to release the funds from a property sale. Called and used the FNB app multiple times where I just get transferred to another person and just get told the issue has been escalated yet nothing is done. I haven't received confirmation that my documents have been received or that anything is happening with my account. Made a complaint on the app and still have received no feedback.
