No Communication of Technical Issues

To whom it may concern

I am truly annoyed by FNB's lack of communication in relation to the technical issues being experienced with swiping today. I tried using my FNB card on numerous occasions only for the transaction to be declined, and I as client am left wondering why this is the case. Given the amount of ***** that takes place in the present day, it's easy to think that you may have become a victim when transactions suddenly are declined, even though you know that you should have available funds in your account - does FNB not realise that clients may become panick stricken and do you not see the need to communicate such issues? I know that there will be technical issues from time to time and I do not expect you to be perfect, BUT KEEP ME INFORMED FOR GOD'S SAKE!! I'm pretty sure that if you can send bulk sms's to market loans and funeral cover, you should have the capability to inform your clients of such technical issues. I'm wondering if you'll even have the courtesy to apologise for inconveniencing clients.
