No Communication, No Feedback, No Follow Ups, No Call Backs!!

SECOND REQUEST TO FNB....................Good Day. Please note no response to my above query, a Lady called me, said someone will be calling me, Again, FNB has let their customers down, i dont even know what more must i do to get a response from these people, must i take time off from work, use my fuel, use my airtime to actually go into the branch, just for a simple letter, maybe this will help...... LISTEN FNB I NEED TO PAY YOU AN AMOUNT TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT!!! You guys are prolonging this simple issue, Again you guys lay back, relax, no communication, no call back, im tired of speaking to your agents, you knows nothing. Please tell me what must i do, Im actually telling FNB what to do for them to get their money. Thats a thumbs up for this Professional Bank being FNB.
