No Communication from Home Loans

Selling and buying a home is stressful enough, add COVID to the mix and it becomes more than stressful. It is not acceptable to have NO communication between the Home Loans department and the Bond attorneys. While processes may slow down (and that's assuming the process isn't slow to begin with) communication shouldn't fall by the wayside. I don't think asking for feedback (any feedback) is too much to ask for - we've been waiting 8 days to hear back from FNB and this delay will only impact registration further.
