No communication and transaction keep going from my account

I am beyond frustrated with the way FNB has handled my case. I reported suspicious transactions on my account, and while they gave me a form to fill out and blocked my card, the transactions continued to go through even after the card was supposedly blocked.

This raises serious concerns about the security of my account and whether FNB is truly protecting its customers. I followed all the required procedures and expected the bank to act swiftly—but instead, I’m watching money leave my account while I wait for answers.

This experience has shaken my trust in FNB. A blocked card should mean no more transactions—full stop. I hope they take accountability .The communication is the worst.
