No communication and progress with property sale
I sold one of my properties where FNB is the bond holder. The process started on on the 25April2023 with the first communication from FNB only coming back on 3May2023 with bond attorneys and myself phoning and emailing to obtain the release figures but FNB is nowhere to be found. FNB only again made contact almost a month later and yet FNB is still unable to provide any sort of feedback or release figures to myself or the bond attorneys. Even being private client does not help to expedite the process. FNB is just nowhere to be found. The sale process which should have taken 1 month will now take 3 months. SHOCKING!!!
