No communication

<p>Someboday opened ********** accounts on my late husband's ID number after his death. I have contacted the branch as well as Jacques Celliers the CEO of FNB. They demand the Master's involvement as they could not give me any info. I got the Master involved which send them a request as to who the mandate holder on the accounts is. It is now more than two months ago and I do not receive any feedback from them. I've send emails which they do not respond on.</p>
