No communication

Am extremely exhausted is this the only platform that I need to use to communicate with FNB , forms were emailed to me I have completed them and emailed them back on the 9th December and no feedback received, I kept sending emails and will only receive automated reply’s, can someone give me feedback on my case what is happening am just hanging, when will it be finalised.
