No Comms from FNB

I've recieved a phone call on Thursday and Friday last week regarding a ***** case that was declined, apparently the consultants said my case will be directed to senior management to see whether they are gonna refund me my money back fully or just partially, but up to now i've recieved any feedback so what is going on is this also gonna be dragged for more than 2 months before i get feedback please this is pathetic
