No comment - FNB just help me.
My Consumer legal account is zero. I have struggled with closing te account telephonically for 3 days now, I get transferred from 1 agent to the next until I get cut off ... Can someone close my account, please?! Account: ***

This is really unfair. I logged a complain or cry for help last year october. Noone bothered to attend to my query.
