No comm and now A ITC LISTING!!!

I moved from FNB 4 MONTHS AGO CAUSE OF THEIR DISGUSTING SERVICE....nobody called to find out what happened etc!!!! SUDDENLY I GET A ITC ALERT AND I HAVE BEEN LISTED FOR R1600 and nobody contacted me to tell me about this previously..not them or the shady debt collectors that they handed me over too!!!!
