No comeback from fnb

I have been to Saxby Fnb a few times since July of this year trying to find out about my business credit card. I have since never been contacted back! I have laid a complaint on the complaint email on Monday 23 Oct stating that someone will call me back. I have still not heard a thing.

I have been with Fnb for more than 10years and this is the service I get?
