No client support

This bank is useless. I am waiting 5days now for a reply after fnb send me a mail to say somebody will get in touch with me regarding my complaint, and i got no response. I hope SA will see how these fools do business and will get rid of them, they just want money and the poor clients just have to pay. NO SOUTH AFRICA, lets get rid off these people and rather go to a bank that care for their clients
