No client service

Once again after i have asked so many times and waisted so much of my own airtime to phone this bank , once again it happened. So i have asked these guys im talking to on the phone even in the app assist itself to make sure my account does not go in errors no matter what , my salary gets paid in late afternoon and still they let my debit order go trough without money in my account and now they took a amount out of my account for errors , and i personally feel this bank does not care about customers, just so they can take your money. I wil not recomend this bank.
