No change , no help, nothing was done

They didnt even try to update my credit score issues. New report for this month states I have two unpaid debts with FNB for a temp loan from 2 or 3 years ago. They've emailed me twice about this and I've responded twice WITH NO CHANGE. SUPER ANNOYED NOW. This is my third complaint about the same thing. Every day I will give a review until this has been rectified or I receive communication.
