No change ever!

I have been going to fnb weeber str for a while now.i own a small business and is constantly in need of change (R20 and R10 notes).it is impossible to ever get change!how does this happen?its a bank,the place where you are supposed to get change!the manager just says that they dont order change anymore!!unbelievable
