No change after more than 3 weeks

Your *********** forex devision told me more than 3 weeks ago it would take 10 working days to return my money to my acc in New Zealand. I tried to help by telling them to go to Absa bank to find out how to do it in case they get stuck. If they don't know how to use a telephone directory I can probably look up the number for them
