No care in the world

It's causes me great concern that a Bank like FNB doesn't keep his clients loan status up to date and that the loan status balance is behind as well on Experian. Is the client's credit creditably not important to them? Why I am saying this,well according to my Experian report I am still payments short of my loan account being settled, but my account has been initially been paid up already. But I guess that it is probably understandable seeing that they haven't even noticed it after 2 weeks and will probably only notice it when the next debt has to go off. It is truly sad that they don't really care about keeping your credit report up to date with the right people and here you are battling to bring credit report up to scratch
