No care for customer services

I have been calling the bank in attempt to cancel my insurance , i told and told eventually they hang up or put me through to Dial Direct. My card was cancelled as well after i reported payments i never made,still tried the self help on the app with no use of assistance. Unprofessional and no care for customers
