No care for clients..no urgency or bother

If I had zero starts for this bank I would give that. Today I have been On the phone with 3 different people and I suddenly get cut off and none of them bother to call me back. This was after last week one of the agents assigned to my complaint called and promised to call me back before the end of business and that was the end of that Mh savings pocket is frozen because it was linked to a main account that had now long since been closed. Nobody can help me remove the hold over this savings pocket so that I can get my money out. I mean how hard can it be? I was at a branch last week they also phoned and were told turn around time is 24 to 48hrs. It's now 4 days and nothing. No wonder I moved my business account to Mercantile Bank.
