NO ***** CARD PROTECTION

Recently had *****ulent activity on my account, and after reporting my virtual card my debit card had money going out I reported it as soon as I figured it out, I even contacted the company that the money showed it went to stating I don't have an account with them, Sent the ref number for each transaction and dates. FNB states that I received Otps but I had recieved only one notifying me of *****ulent activity. Which I had then blocked my virtual card. It's sad that you pay the price as private client for ***** protection with little to no investigation. They just pass the blame did not even check with the company and see that I have no account with them 1 and 2 I did not receive even a notification of money going out during that time and no one can reassure me it won't happen again. I constantly check my accounts now f Daily as anyone can debit your account with no Otps and they will just pass the blame to you.
