No card but I have to pay for what

In December 2020 I did apply for a card and the very next day phoned and cancel the card. I don't even have a card. Yet I'm struggling since 2020 to get this card to be cancel. I not going to pay the R166 as I have proof that I did send a fax that I want to cancel the card.
