No card after a month

I went to the branch on the 9 May 2019, to down grade my account from Premium (staff) to a normal Gold cheque. I left FNB 2017. Anyway the lady said she's done that and I requested that my fees / charges be debited the last day of the month. She said its done and the new card will be available within the next 3-5 working days. Today is the 4th of June have not heard anything from the glen maries branch / wood bridge branch. The fees and charges were charged on the 20th which put my account on a negative, I have not had a change t go and query this. The current card that I have is expiring in July which im assuming ill have to go to my old branch and collect and not the wood bridge branch I have asked for a new card from.

Reviewer Update
Unfortunately all I got from the branch was an email telling me that they can't get hold of me on my number, yet my phone was is and is still on.
I'm only writing the review cause I thought they'd have the decency to really call me on my number that is on my profile that is always on 24/7.
Can I just get my card and not this horrible service today is exactly one month and a day since the card that was suppose to take 3-5 working to be delivered I'm still waiting.
