No car for four months

I took a policy with FNB insurance brokers and loaded 2 cars with car hire option, now I am told one of the cars which is the one being repaired is only covered for total loss, and it was ****** and recovered. It took them too long to even collect the car from VIS and then taken to SMD then took the longest time, since February till now my car is not fixed and I am declined a courtesy car
