No Call, No Responsibility.

Another week has passed since my previous concern, and still, only 1 thing out of the several that needs to be done has been completed. 2 days before debit orders and nothing has been moved in 3 weeks. When I need you to pull up your socks and do what you are supposed to do and provide customer service, you seem to ignore me.
