No Call Back from FNB

FNB has call me back options on their website to request a call back. this function is handy if you do not have the airtime to wait for your call to be answered and time you might spent on the call. I have been sending a few Call me back request to open a cheque account. I have not received any call back as yet and this is now for the last 3 months. if there service is like this for call backs then what about if I have a query on my account. very bad service. I will stay with my current bank thank you.
