No Business Banking Cheque Card for 3 months!

I am so annoyed and irritated with the service I'm NOT getting from FNB. Its been 3 months since I opened my Business bank account with FNB, up until today I still have not received my card, which they keep telling me its with the couriers. I've been sent to from pillar to post by the different consultants I'm put through. The courier numbers I've been given are either not working or the courier does not have my details. This is so disappointing and annoying at the same time FNB, if you cant do a simple thing as getting my card to me, how can I trust that you will be able to handle my Business funds?!?! Somebody please tell me where my card is, otherwise I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
