No bond statements since 2014

I have requested 12 months bond statements from FNB since I have not received any statements since 2014. I requested that I be sent statements for the 2019/20 financial year starting March 2019 to February 2020. The consultant I spoke to in August assured me that the process would take 10 business days which I dont understand since I should be getting these statements monthly to begin with. This was in August 2020. I received an email along with an SMS on October 8, 40 business days later and attached was one statement for October 2020 as if a person would call in August requesting a future date statement? What sense is there in that honestly? Who ever Manoko Mulaudzi is doesnt even bother to respond to any my queries. I need these statements as in yesterday but am being taken on a silent trip from pillar to post.
