NO BENEFIT to having a Premier banking bundle. NONE. Individual transaction fee's still charged.

I'm seeing more and more individual little charges for transactions as the years go by. Yet I still pay a fixed fee for the premier banking bundle.

What is the point of paying the fixed monthly fee which should be inclusive of certain transactions when I am paying an individual fee for almost everything these days. The very few times I try to use the online chat with a premier banker, I am number 100 and something or higher in the queue.

There is NO benefit in having the bundled fee. They charge for an inter account transfer???!!!! Even if it's only ONE in a month, there is no provision for an inter-account transfer per month in the monthly premier cheque & credit card bundled fee, really? A single online payment made using your credit card requires an additional fee. No provision for any proof of payment mails.

My card was once used **********ly, I cancelled my card and paid for the replacement. FNB NEVER refunded the small **********ly used amount.
