No bathroom facilities for Clients

Hi FNB (CEO)

I would like to raise a concern and a suggestion after an experience I had at FNB on Saturday. I know that you are trying very hard to satisfy your customers. On Saturday I was at FNB branch on a queue waiting for my turn to be helped. Nature called , I asked one of the employee for a bathroom and I was told that your institution does not give the public (customers) access to your bathrooms because of ******* risk. Twice I had to go to the nearest KFC to relieve myself while waiting on a queue @ FNB to be served. This cannot be right if you are serving the public and proud to be taking care of our customers.

I would like to suggest that you look at the possibility of building bathrooms that will be conspicuous to all your customers at all your branches. I know for sure that you have bathrooms for your employees. Just imagine a report in the media saying someone helped himself in your building because he was refused a bathroom after nature called.

Can I humbly please request that you seriously look at this suggestion.
