No banking encouragement for pre teen @ FNB

I took my granddaughter to the bank the other day to deposit her ***gy Bank savings, which were in coppers yes. However there is no encouragement from the bank for children to save. In fact a discouragement as it cost me money to have the coins counted and I don't believe there was any money to save of the R11.00. I understand it's a pain to count R11 in coppers but if I tell you she was so excited to do this as she has been encouraged to save for the Kruger Park and it it is now "her" money that is taking us to the Kruger. Come on FNB have some 'children' products that encourages them to bank with you. Hopefully you will have a customer for life !! There was absolutely NO PR for her or someone that was able to "speak children". In fact it was really not a pleasant experience. which was so disappointing for her. I felt very let down as a very long standing customer . In fact I could not believe the 'red tape` to count the money and no machine either. Which would have taken seconds. Why don't you have a special day that kids can come and have their "***gies" counted? Please be "first" to talk to kids.!!!! Im talking about kiddies till about 13 thereafter I would expect you to speak to "teenager". its the littlies that being forgotten and to charge to count their money is ******** !
