No bank cards for me!
After being messed around by the bank for two months with their courier delivery service, I may now not receive my bank cards because my ID doc is ****** and they won't accept a drivers licence or a passport!! Brilliant! They want a photocopy of the ID that is ******. If the person who took it could please take a copy and send it to me, I would be most grateful. Please start the process of closing down all of my accounts as I have now had more than enough.
