No Bank Card Delivery

I missed placed my bank card and cancelled it on Sunday, 28th February 2016 with the FNB ***** department. I then ordered a new one and was advised it will be delivered to the Canal Walk branch within 5-7 working days. On the 8th working day which was 10th March 2016, I called the ***** department again to find out what happened and if my card was actually issued. The man who assisted me said they have system errors and sometimes cards aren't issued properly. He advised me to wait two more days and if nothing happens I should call again and cancel my 'new' card. I should then complain and demand and emergency card be delivered which will take two days. I thenjoy waited two days and nothing. I called back on Friday the 11th March and explained this to the new agent. She then advised me that this was entirely bizarre and would cost be double if I now cancel. I explained that the error is on their end, so why would they charge me. She told me all I can do is wait and that is what temporary cards are for. I asked what is protocol and she just advised me to wait. It has now been two weeks without my card. No apology, no assistance and no advice. Completely unacceptable.
